Our first full week in fifth grade has been busy! We learned how to have an effective meeting and how to communicate effectively in a group setting as well as how to disagree agreeably. We were able to meet with our Kindergarten writing buddies Thursday and began with a reading activity to become familiar with one another. We also worked in large groups in a community circle discussing an article and took turns using our talking pieces.
