This afternoon we loaded up three cars and headed to Atlanta after school to give all the donations from Silver City to My Sister's House (a division of Atlanta Mission). The students were so excited to deliver these items and see who would benefit from the donations. As we walked through the children's playground to access the main entrance, we were able to interact with a few young children. They were excited to see all the supplies (mostly markers) coming in and one little boy was excited to see all the shaving cream! It was a great afternoon and so rewarding to see the students follow through with their project and finalize months of hard work! So proud of these kids, their hearts for giving, and thankful for their supportive families who supported their project as well!
