Our math class started brainstorming project ideas this morning and worked on finalizing a driving question. Math is usually incorporated in our projects, but has never been exclusively its own project. Groups are looking at trigonometry, math in their desired careers, angles used in sports to improve scores, the impact of Pi, and how statistics are used to improve fishing outcomes.
All of the ideas sound so interesting!
